Raffles L'Ermitage Hotel completed a $60 million renovation in 1998. The hotel's rooftop pool offers guests a 360-degree view of Beverly Hills, Bel Air and Hollywood Hills. The hotel also provides 675 square-foot standard guestrooms, the largest standard hotel rooms in Beverly Hills. The name L'Ermitage is adapted from the word Hermitage, which means home of the hermit. Guests may dine whenever and wherever they please at Raffles L'Ermitage Hotel. Fine cuisine is offered in The Restaurant, Pool Terrace, Living Room, Library Bar, Garden Suites, Executive Center, or in the privacy of a guest room or suite. The Restaurant

at L'Ermitage is a 47-seat rotunda dining room featuring classical French technique cuisine with Japanese minimalism that focuses on using fresh ingredients in their purest state. The Living Room has a fireplace and seats about 40 people.
