Raffles L'Ermitage Hotel completed a $60 million renovation in 1998. The hotel's rooftop pool offers guests a 360-degree view of Beverly Hills, Bel Air and Hollywood Hills. The hotel also provides 675 square-foot standard guestrooms, the largest standard hotel rooms in Beverly Hills. The name L'Ermitage is adapted from the word Hermitage, which means home of the hermit. The Restaurant at L'Ermitage is a 47-seat rotunda dining room featuring classical French technique cuisine with Japanese minimalism that focuses on using fresh ingredients in their purest state.
